Delete your account

What happens when you delete

When you request account deletion, we will:

• Verify the request using the email on your account.
• Permanently remove your profile data (name, email, phone) and any KYC identifiers.
• Close your wallet after any remaining balance is withdrawn or forfeited per our terms.

For legal reasons, certain transaction records may be retained in anonymised form for the period required by law.

Requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once completed. This action cannot be undone.
